Rev. Dr. Mandy M. Mastros, LSW is the Pastor at the Moravian Center of Lancaster: Lancaster Moravian Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Mandy graduated in May 2017 with her Master’s of Divinity degree from Moravian Theological Seminary and with her Master’s of Social Work degree from Marywood University. She graduated with her Doctorate of Ministry degree from Lancaster Theological Seminary in May of 2025. Her focus was on the inclusion of individuals with a lived experience of homelessness on the boards of entities that serve them. She was ordained in the Moravian Church in October of 2017 and became a licensed social worker in the state of PA in July 2017. She serves on the board of the Lancaster Coalition to End Homelessness. She has lived her entire life in Lancaster County and feels blessed to be serving in a community that for so long has been home to her. She is passionate about community connections and resource building, with the goal of making sure God’s children have access to having their basic needs met including housing, food, safety, and belonging. In 2021, she wrote her first book, Your Friendly Neighborhood Hope Shop, an Advent devotional which shares stories of Mandy’s work with unsheltered individuals in Lancaster. In her limited spare time Mandy enjoys reading, cross stitching, singing, and spending time with friends and loved ones including her partner Josh and his two children.

Angie Maher

Angie was born across the river in York County, but she has felt like Lancaster County was her home since first living here in 2000. She currently resides in Manheim with her mini Sheltie, Finnegan, after a 12-year stint in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Angie has a degree in English from Lebanon Valley College, and above all else, considers herself a writer. Next in line, would be a traveler, snorkeler, and a phoenix. She’ll be happy to explain that last one in person if you ask. Angie is a member of the Brethren in Christ church. She enjoys her work with Pastor Mandy and the people that LMC serves on a daily basis…she calls it her “soul work.”
Lee Farr
Bookkeeper
We are very excited to introduce Lee Farr from Farr and Associates as our new bookkeeper. She started with us on January 17, 2023, and many of you got to meet her after church on Sunday the 22nd. Lee and her husband, Tom, have two sons: Jordy, who is a sophomore at Lebanon Valley College, and Tristin, a senior at Garden Spot High School. Lee is the founder and owner of Farr & Associates Bookkeeping and Consulting. She is a Shippensburg University graduate and brings with her 25 years of diverse accounting experience. We are blessed to have her on board! She will be working in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and her email address will be books@lancastermoravian.org. We are blessed to welcome her aboard.
