Kevin Ressler, Executive Director of Meals on Wheels Lancaster, will be leading worship at Lancaster Moravian Church on Sunday, February 17, 2019. Kevin will be sharing his insights on food insecurity from a scriptural lens.  Ordained in the Mennonite tradition, Kevin often preaches at local congregations on issues that he is passionate about including racial justice, poverty, and food insecurity among others.  He works closely with the Moravian Center of Lancaster through his position at Meals on Wheels, and has partnered with us to make sure that excess food from the Adult Day Center is not wasted, but gets into the hands of those who need it.    After worship Kevin will speak briefly about Meals on Wheels in the Lancaster Community, and will allow time for conversation and Q & A.  Come and join us at 10 AM for a time of worship, reflection, and conversation regarding a topic that impacts more of our community than we know.
